When you see injustice or inequity, how do you respond?  Are you someone who regularly donates to a charity or microfinance organisation like Kiva?  I suspect plenty of us do a little something, what we can.  Others wait for someone else to fix it.  And some just jump in and try to do the fixing themselves.

TEDx was a baptism of fire for public speaking. This is my first public speaking gig, TEDx Darling Harbour.
