It is so easy to wallow in self-pity when you are at home alone with your kids, in your own little universe, and the smallest thing can be so upsetting. This particular post has reminded me of the bigger picture. With so much going on in your own life, you would be forgiven for being self-consumed. But you are not. I wish I could be more like you. What a horrible, horrible story Cate, but one which I think I needed to hear. And the most important we forget is, what we can offer in the society.
